In addition to inheriting the excellent performance of RG+, the latest AMD MAX series rice color sorter uses a new algorithm and optimized optical path to achieve the superior effect of sorting yellow rice without chalky rice, and sorting chalky rice without yellow rice.
AMD® QA3 is a quality analyzer with excellent detection accuracy, capable of intelligent linkage with color sorting machines, real-time detection of accept product accuracy, and timely automatic adjustment of color sorting machine parameters to ensure the effectiveness of rice color sorting machines. It ensures the consistency of testing standards by replacing traditional manual sampling and testing.
The AMD® LG-(KP+HD) series integrates deep learning and multi-dimensional UHDR technology to deliver highly precise material sorting with the industry's largest open-source model database. It efficiently handles sorting challenges in food processing, including chili peppers, peanuts, beans, and nuts, overcoming micro color and shape differences that conventional systems struggle to identify.
AMD® LM Series Slow Speed Belt-type AI-powered sorter integrates advanced visible light sorting technologies. LM series color sorter is mainly used for sorting high value materials that are prone to be damaged, injured and breakaged.
